Harvest Day Festival and Parade ~ Saturday, October 27, 2012

Food and craft dealers, inflatables and children’s activities, families and individuals all pack the square the last Saturday in October for our annual Harvest Day Festival and Parade.  All are invited to attend this free event on October 27th!

The 4th Annual “Liberation of New Oxford”, a WWII Re-enactment, will take place on the Circle and the surrounding streets on September 15 from 8AM til noon.

Join us as New Oxford is transformed into a French village, c. 1944. Be there when the convoy of Allied troops arrives! Watch as the firefight breaks out with the German soldiers occupying the town! Hear the church bells toll and the citizens cheer as the Allied troops liberate “Nouveau Oxford” from German occupation!

All WWII Veterans are extended a special invitation to join us for VIP event seating and a ceremony, after we are “liberated”, to honor and remember all WWII Vets.

This is a FREE event!
